This is one of the early fights on Football and if you start it on the wrong place, it doesn't always go so well. Best tactic for this area is talk to everyone, fall into the furnace trap and explore that area, then return to pay your respects.

This fight is one of those that teaches you the importance of kill zone tactics. Lure the mobs to a killing field, keep the melee from reaching you and minimise ranged damaged. As they bunch up more and more traps and area spells and plasma attacks can devastate them.
