Benchmark is done after a fresh install of Windows and Manjaro. The GPU is on the stock setting, expect the GPU fan speed is locked to 31%.

I ran the test 4 times on each OS, to minimize all the possible errors, while I was recording with OBS (VBR 40000kbps).
