As the Closed Beta for Warhammer: Odyssey comes to a close, we’d like to thank all of those that pre-registered and the group of testers that helped us reach this stage!
Now, what you’re all interested in, the next steps!
We’re preparing to start our soft launch process/open beta, what this means is we’ll be launching portions of the game in specific territories initially for technical testing server loads, log in servers etc. Following this, future phases will prioritize game balance, ongoing bug fixes and so on. In summary, limited parts of the game in limited territories for our testing purposes. We firmly believe that this slower, smoother, tiered approach will benefit the players and ourselves more than a rushed one in the long term.
Over the next 2 months we’ll be adding more territories and opening up more aspects of the game leading up to a full launch of the initial game towards the end of January 2021. We strongly recommend you wait for the game to reach your region in order to get the best long-term experience.
