This is The Sinking Dungeon, a damp place where you could add plenty of extra difficulty, there's a a puzzle to get past and at least an ogre! Key highlights include building with a shifted grid to give a room with a one space entrance, archways and more!
To build it I used Dungeon Tiles I and II, with accessories from Doors & Archways, Stairs & Ladders, Dungeon Dressings and Torture Chamber.
