After seeing Kyoobur9000's video on Warner Bros, I decided that I'd do my own take on this. I found out how to do the pitches and the video effect on some of his old comments, but instead of using color curves (which was very hard to do), I decided to do something different. I used Channel Blend and I put the TV Simulator line sync to a random number (0.09ish). It turned out perfectly!
