Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate - Mock Battle on the Wuzhang Plains in 51.55
7Team: Xingcai, Muneshige Tachibana, Benkei
May be just a mock battle, but Xingcai and co are giving it their all, even resorting to glitches to win quickly.
In this level you got to defeat three targets: Seimei Abe, Zhuge Liang and Zhang Jiao. The targets are spread out in two different locations, and there are also two gates that you got to get past. Fortunately angled glitch is available here.
Benkei is used for speed navigation, Muneshige Tachibana for angled glitch. But what about the third character? I went with Xingcai for now, but you could in theory use another character in this slot too. The three main requirements are: 1, this character needs to have a Dynasty-style musou so that you can start the level with a horse boost. 2, this character has to be able to clip under gates during angled glitch. And 3, this character should be good at general combat.
0:06 - I use Red Hare for a slightly quicker angled glitch activation.
0:17 - this upcoming stretch with Benkei is pretty terrible. Need to do two boosts uphill with zero visibility through an area with a lot of small debris like fences you can easily get stuck on.
0:25 - I could've defeated Seimei Abe a second or two faster with better positioning, but as mentioned, navigating at all in this part is pretty hellish. Oh well, it's a potential improvement for later.
0:33 - there are two obstacles during the level. This first gate seems to be quite high, so it's convenient you can just angled glitch under it instead.
For some reason Benkei doesn't want to cooperate in the upcoming stretch, so I just run normally instead.
0:52 - I quite like Xingcai's regular combo. It has a good range and damage, allowing you to two-shot these targets if you're right next to them. But, as mentioned, there's a chance there exists another character who would be even better for these two tasks (combat and angled glitch), and this would save an additional bit of time.
Sub 50 should be possible in this level with even more optimization.
