And as for Jim Crow, turns out MORE BLACK Americans support it then White...76 percent of Americans favored requiring everyone to show a government-issued photo ID in order to vote, versus only 23 percent who opposed it. Nearly eight in 10 Americans favor requiring government-issued photo ID to cast a ballot. This policy was most popular among Republicans (94 percent) and independents (83 percent), but a majority of Democrats (57 percent) also indicated support. 46 out of 47 European countries require an ID to vote. So do Mexico and Canada. Beware of Americans who scream “voter suppression!!!” when voter ID is proposed in the USA. They are protecting voter fraud. It doesn’t seem to dawn on them that they need an ID to cash a check or shop using one, buy alcohol or tobacco, drive a car, tour rental homes and a myriad of other activities. It is a sane requirement—especially in a country overrun with foreigners who are living in it illegally. It protects one of our citizen’s most precious rights—his right to vote.
This 100% is a political stunt as the Democrats want to keep it easier to rig elections. I simply do not see it any other way.
