Mad monk or Diamondback Malitia. Neither one is a good choice. To get to the mad monk, you have to fill 3x green goop, turn that in and fill another 3x goop. That means that you have to fight all the raiders for their goop.
Pick Diamondback Malitia and you can just go in the under ground to install the scrambler.

You can get the museum catalog and then be good with the mad monk.


1. don't install the scrambler, blow up the canyon of titan and temple of titan.
2. install the scrambler and the Diamondback Militia get the nuclear bomb.


but if you want a lot of scraps and gears. install the scrambler, loot the mad monks for scraps and gears.
give the nuclear bomb to the Diamondback Militia. Then murder all of them to take all their scraps and gears. Enjoy.
