This video will teach you how to best utilize your health refill when you level up in “Wasteland 2” for PC. When you level up a character, you get a free health refill the next time you contact HQ. Most people do this right away, but if you don’t need the skill points right away, you should hold off on contacting HQ for when your character is already near death. This will save you medical supplies and money.
