In August 20, 2021, Vector Unit released a new update to beach buggy racing 2.

Feautures
-The background is now wasteland theme
-New Race track, Dryptopia, unlocks at level 3
-Mirrored races is available at level 8 and higher
-Added new levels, now up to level 20 instead of 13
-Time trial added to daily challenges
-Spacechaser and Waste rod, the new cars
-New paints and decals
-Many more
