On average through trying to record these tricks, the 3BSJ came out as fastest trick, but only by a little bit compared to the slopejump. Video also shows that the vanilla way isn't too much slower, but using one of the tricks does speed this room up.
Also note that doing the vanilla route has a bit of RNG with the Rezbits. If you have to kill them beforehand to ensure they don't shoot you down, this route is much slower.
