After some digging,I decided to downgrade from 2.13 to 2.12,atleast temporarily in order to keep all of the mods usable...When most of the base necessary mods such as Cyber Engine Tweaks,gets updated,then I'll consider updating the game to it's current most recent version.Considering there are quite a few necessary mods that need updating in order to play with alot of the mods that I have installed,I'll just remain on the current 2.12 version of the game for now.Anyways,in this video,I show you just how easy it is to rollback to the previous 2.12 version of the game...Fortunately,it went much easier then I thought,and all of the mods that I have installed(hundreds of them)are running just fine as you will see,along with the VR mod...feel free to share this video with those that would like to also keep their modded game.Enjoy the video and drop a like and subscribe if you found this tutorial helpful.

Press Win + R to open a windows run command. Paste in this line and run:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steam.exe -- steam://nav/console
Note: you may need to update the path if your copy of Steam isn’t installed in this location.
Run this command in the steam console (for Cyberpunk 2077 version 2.12):
download_depot 1091500 1091501 3807385820978085162
Steam will now download the depot package.There is no progress indicator,but once
it is finished it will reveal the location it downloaded the package to.
(It does not automatically go to your game folder)It will be somewhere like:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\content\appID\depotID
Navigate to where the package was downloaded and copy all of it’s contents.
Paste those contents into your game folder and allow overwriting.
If you have Phantom Liberty, you will need to repeat this process for the DLC files.
For 2.12: download_depot 2138330 2138330 5094071097429923087
