Tim Mosso joins the online luxury watch community for a deep dive into several of Watchbox's best pre-owned Swiss luxury watch inventory from Rolex, Omega, and Breitling. We're holding court with live questions about luxury watches and giving away free watch related SWAG. Tonight, we're sharing and discussing a cross-section of the best luxury watches from the "Big Three" of Swiss watches. Rolex arrives with the Rolex Submariner in "Hulk" guise, the recently discontinued and hugely collectible Sea-Dweller 116600, and the Brobdingnagian Deepsea Sea-Dweller 116660. Rolex history and heritage comes to the fore with the transitional Rolex GMT-Master II 16760 "Fat Lady," the first Rolex GMT-Master with a truly independent dual-time function. A much-discussed Rolex on our channel for several weeks, the Rolex Explorer II 216570 "Polar" dial makes an appearance. Breitling arrives with a combination of value and innovation. The Breitling Superocean Heritage Chronoworks, a $39,000+ technical tour-de-force, leads the line. Value comes in the form of Breitling's classic Navitimer pilot's watch and the Superocean Steelfish diver. History gets a nod thanks to the Breitling Chono-matic, and the huge "Breitlight" Avenger Hurricane makes its 50mm presence felt. Finally, Omega, 170 years-old this year, musters several of its signature watch families. The Speedmaster CK2998 represents Switzerland's first family of chronographs; a Seamaster Skeleton from the Omega Seamaster's 50th anniversary graces us with its presence this year, the 70th anniversary of the original model. Omega's PloProf Seamastrer 1200 dominates the stage with its 55mm x 48mm titanium case. Finally, an Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra Annual Calendar reminds us that Omega's surf/turf watch can bring the complications; in truth, the Aqua Terra is the closest Seamaster in style and spirit to the 1948 original model. This is Watches Live, episode 10.
