Ways of Seeing - A Walk Around the University of Calgary
4This past spring I took a course at the University of Calgary in Visual Communications. Overall a very different course from anything I have taken before. Creative, crafty, hands on and yes, very visual. I usually find Calgary's University to be too technical-based and not enough attention is given to the fine arts.
Anyhow, this assignment was to simply take a camera and walk around the University to take pictures. These pictures were supposed to tell us something about our "Ways of Seeing", and to give us a chance to see the University in a new perspective. Being the amazing student I am, I forgot my camera that day and instead took pictures with my cell phone. Though the pictures are a little pixilated, I'd say it's not too bad for my little 3.2 megapixel camera ;)
I used some music from the Hitman game "Vegas", done by Jesper Kyd.
