1I have a 2nd video with the further updated 1.35 patch notes as well, that contains some of these changes, and some reverted or new changes as well.
My take on the Warcraft III Public Test Realm 1.35.0 Patch Notes
Overall I think there are some alright changes, and changes that don't negatively impact the game at least. There is a couple things that do however pose a problem, but I assume they will likely be fixed or reverted before the actual patch goes live. I think this is a step in the right direction, after such a long duration with nothing for WC3, but of course there is still more to be desired, and some other small changes that would be nice instead of some of the proposed changes.
It's hard to judge exactly how this patch will shift things, because it is very unlikely to go through as is. I'd be very surprised if there weren't at least a few changes done to what was listed before the patch goes live.
Feel free to voice your opinions as well, and comment on things I may have missed or misspoke about. Hopefully the patch is cleaned up a bit and WC3 starts heading in the right direction again.
