- 2 New Conquests : 2003 Modern War and 2003 Red International
- Over +100 new countries have been added
- 1964-1966 : Sand War and the Malaysian-Indonesian Confrontation
- 1949 : Malayan Emergency
- 1983 : Egypt, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Malaysia, China in NATO
- New oil system (Added oil currency, 100 oil/turn, oil trade replaces institutes, new unit oil costs, new oil income)
- Added Airport Building
- Added new 5 modern tank models : M60 Patton, T-72, Centurion, AMX-40, C1 Ariete, Al-Khalid)
- Removed Mechanized Infantry, replaced with Grenadiers
- New unit icons

Potential Bugs:
- Screen going black when you leave and go back to the game
- Air Force Cluster and Torpedo Expert showing instead of Navy and Airforce (Ability)
