Addressing the Golden Jubilee Celebrations of GCMMF, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that we are emphasising on the need for Agricultural Cooperatives. He added that to enable the same we have also created a separate Ministry. Through the same we are also establishing cooperatives for various farmers including fish and dairy in over 2 lakh villages. For the same we intend to create 10,000 FPOs and facilitate an Agri Fund of Rs. 1 lakh crore.
