I can feel us healing, but it's excruciatingly slow. Part of the process is just finding something to do during the "non-grieving" moments. Stepping away from work has been extremely helpful, but work is also how I'd normally numb a pain like this. Using that time together with Mallory and Kepler makes us all stronger, I think. But sometimes knowing what to do is the hardest part.
