In the twenty-first installment of my playthrough of Obduction, I use a nudge in the right direction, and find the real mayor of Hunrath. After that, I obliterate a weapon of mass destruction, as well as remove the disguise from the dead fake mayor. I then water the third tree, but now I need to find the final area I must visit. I may need another nudge.
