We Get Busted/The End | The Invisible Hand #7
2Welcome back to The Invisible Hand! Well, all good things must come to an end and such is the case with our money-making ways. We get caught and arrested by the Trade Commission but rather than serve jail time, I decide to "take the fall in court" pay a minimal fine and then work with the feds in order to try and bring down the Miller family (they own the trading company). However, from what I could google, that isn't actually part of the game and an endless mode begins after the story so that is the end of the game!
*As a side note, I guess this game was supposed to relay a very strong and biased political opinion on how evil stock traders are and the companies they work for. However, I really didn't see that until I was reading reviews and then I thought "...well yea I guess so." But what many of the reviews agree on and what conclusion I came to was that they really ham-fisted the execution of their message. The message and opinion were put out there in such a satirical and sarcastic way that it just made for a funny, chill experience rather than for me to take it seriously, there was no cleverness to the message execution. So all that to say, it went completely over my head and I just had a chill, fun time making loads of money*
