I'm kinda 50-50 on this one, just edging barely towards a recommend at this point. Compulsion Games have always been quite good with story and setting, as evidenced by their first game Contrast, and now this one. The plot is intriguing, somewhat dystopian, and the audiovisual design is top-notch, optimised surprisingly well despite being an Unreal engine game (which my PC hates with a passion). If anything, I definitely want to play through and see how the story ends.

Yet, I have a love-hate relationship with the combat and the stealth. Neither of them feel particularly satisfying and fun. Problem is, a significant proportion of the game I've played is all about the stealth and the combat.

Another thing stopping me from recommending it outright (like I said, it's a just-above-average recommend at this point) is the price. $60 is crazy, and there's a season pass on top of it. Good lord.
