In Doom , the story takes place on Mars, where the UAC facility has been overrun by the forces of Hell. The Doom Slayer, chained to a sarcophagus in the facility, awakens and breaks free, regaining his powerful Praetor Suit.He ventures across the Martian surface to restart the base’s satellite systems, uncovering recordings that reveal Dr. Olivia Pierce’s obsession with Hell. Her actions, including opening portals, led to the catastrophic downfall of the UAC base and the death or demonic transformation of its staff.
