1By 1935, with prohibition over, both the Salieri and Morello families branch out into new criminal enterprises. Tommy, now promoted to caporegime for his achievements, marries Sarah and starts a family.
Learning that Salieri is making moves to gain control over law enforcement, Morello attempts to have him killed. After Tommy saves him, Salieri declares open war on his rival. Tommy is ordered to assassinate two key figures: Ghillotti and Sergio, Morello's brother, to weaken his hold over the city politics and the dock union, respectively. The war eventually comes to an end after Tommy, Paulie, and Sam kill Morello himself as he attempts to flee Lost Heaven.
