She has some gorgeous drawings of the Hazbin/Helluva characters up on her channel and her shorts are extremely entertaining.

Let's play this game by Twitter/X rules, shall we? Rules:
-Hypocrisy is key. Angel Dust is a "victim" but Sir Pentious is a good laugh. :0)
-Nothing matters except for when it does because I say so.
-I get to invalidate real life experiences by comparing them to fiction and shitting on the fiction by improperly analyzing it and skimming over the most important details of the fiction.
-I'm always right and you're always wrong. Argue instead of talk.

For reals, don't argue. There's no point in it. Don't put up strawmen because I don't fall for it, but hypotheticals are okay. Don't be a hypocrite, if one character's attack is violent but another character's attack isn't, you are hypocritical. Don't take anything to heart, it's a fictional TV series and does not effect you personally.

Onto the summary of my rant:

Angel Dust is not a victim, he is a survivor and a man who is growing past his past mistakes. He is a warrior and a fighter who deserves more than the title "R*pe Victim" or "Victim". Stop minimizing his entire character arc because you cannot handle good representation. He signed away his soul. He consented to abuse for the rest of his existence. He is not a victim of SA or r*pe because he consented to them with that one signature, he's a victim of abuse and a victim of his past mistakes, but that doesn't make HIM a victim with only the title of victim. He's more than that. He's more than just some superficial title. He made mistakes and is growing past them, that's the whole point of his character. Do not come in my comments and tell me he is a victim of those things, I don't want to hear it. Again, he is a very deep and complex character who clearly needs more love than he's shown. I feel like the people who talk about him only like him as a surface-level character and feel for him because he got hurt by making a dumb choice. We out here gatekeeping surface-level bozos out here B/ that's for sure.

Do not project your inability to accept a fictional character for who they are onto me or my words. It's annoying and makes me inclined to dislike you.

I do actually want to hear your opinions on Hazbin and the characters as well as how you view them. If your view is that Angel is a victim, you're wrong, but I still want to hear about it. If your view is that Valentino is a good person, you're wrong, but I still want to hear about it. Seriously, please give me your hot takes, your spiciest opinions, anything you want to get off your chest because we are in the same boat. I hate having shit on my chest and having no one listen because people are too deep up their own ass to realize they could be wrong about something.

And yes, I do absolutely hate those "DID YOU KNOW THIS IN HAZBIN HOTEL..." shorts that are just followed by an unobjective opinion/theory on something insanely obscure and stupid that probably was never intentional to begin with. I hate them. And I don't like that people make them, but hey, they pay the bills- I see those view and like ratios.

TLDR: Angel Dust is not a victim and telling people who like Valentino to kill themselves makes you a horrible person and you should touch grass ASAP.

TLDR2: Signing away your soul is consent to everything that comes after.

TLDR3: Projection is lame and art should be studied as it is and as it shows, not how you WANT to see it.
