"We the living" Book review
Seems out of character with Pride month, but after finishing and writing a review about it, I figured I'd better make it a video before details start to fade. In general it's what I've come to expect from Ayn Rand. Beautiful descriptions, thought provoking characters and heavy political undertones. Unlike Atlas Shrugged though I had a harder time getting into this one. It's not that it was bad, it was just very dark and depressing. The bulk of it seems to be "This is why communism is bad" but if you can plow through that, you will find a pretty good story. It may be a while for the next one, but I hope you will join me for the next book "The Fountainhead". Then if all goes right, join me for another "Pride" video Friday.
