In the Milky Way HQ of S.I.N., the galaxy's premier intelligence agency, the Architect, the agency's brilliant strategist, meets Weapon Ultra, a CIA agent and protector of the universe. The Architect boasts that Weapon Ultra's symbiote armor is the key to unlocking limitless energy for the universe, but only they have the intellect to harness its true potential, dismissing Weapon Ultra's abilities as a "primitive Terran mind."
