Finally got a much better and more visual demo of the STD Limited data. Entire code and Excel file is available here:

This not perfect solution provides a much more unique window into the data that is being gathered. The entire interfaces uses four sheets from the Excel file. I have been trying to keep it simple and varied for anyone who is willing to figure out how this works so maybe.. just maybe they will want to build something like this for themselves and their co-workers.

I am also thinking to build a constructor which could build similar systems via a template with a few mouse clicks. That would be a very helpful tool me thinks for anyone who would want to try it on the easy without doing much apart from providing the Excel file.

This demo relies on XAMPP (free software) and an ODBC connector (which you can configure EASILY on your windows machine).
