Eike Hintzen at Weehbo likes his Brit-flavoured dirt a lot. The JVM is about 3rd from the top of his gain list and offers medium to high gain in the later-model Marshall vein.

As usual you get more features than you pay for: Switchable OD1 & OD2; Dynamic rocker switch to double internal voltage and increase headroom; 3 Band EQ; Input Level control and the Weehbo solid build that we've now come to respect and expect.

The sound is pure rock. The JVM Drive is not for those seeking clean tones although it can be backed off to a certain extent. Rather, it's for slamming. I like slamming. :)
