In news that is only really news to new trekkies, Deadline is reporting Anson Mount and Rebecca Romijn are both set to leave the series of Discovery by the end of season 2.

According to Flickering Myth, who was covering Toronto Comic Con, John Rhys-Davies and Jerry O’Connell are in talks with ABC to reboot the Sliders series.

/Film is reporting that renowned composer Hans Zimmer has been brought in to score the movie.
Scary Stories
The upcoming documentary has finally secured a release date. July 16. For those that may be confused, this is the documentary by Cody Meirick about the book many of us remember scaring the crap out of us as kids, NOT the Lionsgate movie produced by Guillermo Del Toro BASED on the book that many of us remember scaring the crap out of us as kids.

The Fox acquisitions finalized, and Thursday was something of a blood bath. Many executives have been pink slipped, while others have willingly left. Surprisingly, Fox 2000 studios will be closed once their current slate of projects has been finished. One of the big names that is leaving willingly (more preemptively) is Paul Feig. Feig was originally hired by Fox to make R-Rated comedy movies, now he is moving his movie production company over to the Universal umbrella of studios. For more you can follow the following links:

Google
The media giant is officially getting into the gaming ring. The officially announced the Stadia last week at GDC. The system they are proposing would actually be a non-system. Basically just a controller that streams to the cloud and then to your screen via appropriate linked device, like chromecast or the like.

Can’t get enough of Eleven and the boys? The Stranger Things 3 retro style game will be launching on July 4th on Switch.
Fallout 76
The beta for survival mode will be launching March 26th. The mode will be a stand-alone mode separate from the main game.
