My connection I pay for is a 50/10 vdsl dryloop

All Tests were done with all file transfer programs off and windows running with only what is needed to run windows.....

I have my modem/router in bridge mode with the asus 87u handling the isp account at all times during these tests. Both my routers are running the latest merlin build firmwares. I have tried the modem directly to the computer as well with the same result
