Update: Lesson learned. Chips don't work for pain relief beyond the salt. I should have just had a sleeve of saltines. On the plus side, it gave me the energy to knock out 200 crunches and I'm about to go on my first of at least two laps today.

The crap food = dopamine drip thing I was addicted to for so long is truly dead. Now the only dopamine I get is when my body is craving something. Usually iron (damn anemia.)

Update 2: The final tally is,

1 rectangle breakfast quiche (small enough to fit in my small hand)
*Medium bag plain ruffles
2 turkey sandwiches (quarter of a package of turkey meat which needed to be eaten, 2 slices of potato bread, 1 slice of cheese and mustard per sandwich)
(arm injury from yesterday)
+200 crunches
+4 laps

Could have been a lot worse but I'm not pleased with today nevertheless. Tomorrow will be better.
