Weekly Spotlight Week 1: Gallade Octillery!

Today Joe introduces a new mid-week feature to the channel, where we analyse and adapt a winning/popular/unusual deck which has been used by others to great effect (hopefully interviews may also be part of this feature). This week is Gallade Octillery, a full non-ex deck focussed around racing opponents by targeting Shaymin multiple times, whilst using a non-ex with focus sash to make it difficult for opponents to break down a powerful board state: whilst abusing some awesome Abilities to help us draw into important cards!
