Hope you enjoy - I’ve been incorporating more fresh vegetables into my diet and I think that has really helped kick start my weight loss again. I’m vegan so when I’m not eating fresh fruit and veg, I’ve been having 300-500 calories vegan ready meals (mostly for work).
