This format must be getting boring for those who’ve seen my previous update videos, but I really like to see where I was compared to where I am now. Hope you enjoy :)
My recent weight loss (3 lbs last week and 1 lb this week) has been a result of reducing the amount of processed food I consume to only 300-500 calories a day, and make up the rest of my calories with fresh fruit and vegetables. (I did give myself an extra 150-200 kcal at the weekend though!)
