Weird Japan is a action-adventure-RPG game. You set off to explore a semi-open world.

You start with a short tutorial where you learn the basic skills.
As you beat locations, you acquire new skills and increased life and magic.
You can also carry around a supply of useful items.

The combat are challenging at times, yet become quite uninteresting after a while and repetitive. The boss fights however are tons of fun.

If you love action adventure, this indie game definitely gets you your money’s worth.
Various quests and character development of the hero make up for a story that isn’t very original.
