360Jasvine Apartments used to have the highest ratings in Tomarang, but since Malee Jasvine passed away and her wife, Aree, inherited the property, not only have the ratings fallen away but also the tenants. Can Malee's granddaughter help Aree bring Jasvine Apartments back to their former glory and make her proud?
Banyen has been working as a freelance gardener for a few years after graduating from university with a language and literature degree. Her days were looking the same, with gardening in the day and writing in the night, until her stepgrandmother, Aree, reached out asking if Banyen could help her take on the responsibility of her late grandmother's property, as she was struggling to keep up with it on her own, and managed to lose all their tenants.
So, beginning from complete scratch by renting out different apartments in the property, Banyen and Aree have to figure out how to make it the perfect living space for any new tenants. It won't be easy, as Aree and Banyen are polar opposites, and they've never really spent much time together. Still, they are motivated by Aree's wife and Banyen's grandmother to make it the nicest place in Tomarang.
