Driving the HPD is an all in affair. You have one moment to make a judgement, and you must get it right. Be it getting out of the way as your car is damaged, making a hairy pass or passing another HPD while you blow through GT traffic, you have to be on your game. You should never "bailout" - that happens for one reason - bad judgement. If a GT car is already out of your way because you took a peek, you better go by!
