We'll Be Right Back is a remix series utilizing the "We'll Be Right Back" graphic from The Eric Andre Show and the song "Oregon Spirit" by Rolf Kruger. Similar to To Be Continued, the graphic and song are usually used at the climax of the video for comedic and suspenseful effects, similar to its use on the show.
The Eric Andre Show premiered on May 20th, 2012. In the show, segments will often end abruptly with a music cue and freeze frame as the words "We'll Be Right Back" appears on screen.
Edits using the moment began to appear on YouTube in mid-2015. One of the earliest known remixes appeared on April 28th, 2015, posted by Katherine Harrison, and used a video of a cat. On June 16th, 2016, YouTuber DevDude uploaded a remix which gained over 15,000 views.
I Like Ya Cut G refers to a video in which a man addresses a bald child, saying "I like ya cut, G" before slapping his head. The video has been remixed and recreated numerous times, sometimes adding a humorous noise after the slap.
While the exact origin of the original video is unclear, the earliest evidence of the video is a YouTube video by Alex Chavez, showing it was a repost from a Facebook user named Emmett Andre Love from October 16th, 2018. The video was reposted on December 18th by YouTuber Griff P, gaining over 60,000 views.
Comic Eric André hosts a late-night show that parodies low-budget public-access programs and brings the talk genre to another level -- not in a good way. It features interviews with celebrities -- some really are, and others are impersonators -- and what producers describe as "extreme real-life weirdos" interspersed with "deranged" man-on-the-street segments and just general chaos in the studio. Working with André is apathetic sidekick Hannibal Buress, who serves as the straight man to the hyperactive host.
