WELL IT'S ABOUT TIME THEY FIXED IT! (YouTube Update)
48In this video I briefly sound off about something YouTube has done that I never thought they would do (it's a good thing this time!) After years of there being barely any means for contacting YouTube directly, they finally have Chat support. I could not believe my eyes when I saw this. For those of you that don't know, when you have a problem with your YouTube channel, there is a public forum where other users who also have no idea try to answer. Then they came out with email support where a small percentage of the time YouTube will email you back with a solution, but most of the time they just send you a link to a generic help page that explains why you're out of luck. When you get to be a large channel you can talk on the phone with YouTube, but most people never get to do that. Now you can finally get Live Chat support.
When things would go sideways with your channel, there was never a way to get help right then and there. Now there is! I can't tell you how sorely needed this is. *Golf clap for YouTube*.
