We're Navigating Our Deepest Traumas and Fears... but with a SHOTGUN!
2At it's core, Same Room Same Day is a really great idea and metaphor for navigating trauma and purging negative thoughts, emotions and overcoming these challenges. However, the difficulty of the game is not just hardcore, but in my opinion very broken, cheesy and unfair - Maybe I need to 'git gud' but this was one of the most frustrating experiences and truly felt like perseverance and toil by the end. TLDR; Mixed feelings - fun gunplay and ideas but not worth the extra trauma it gave me from playing it.
