When you defeated the game once, you get chapter , Meaning.
You have to do another playthrough
In this run you will have lost souls.
There is a special kind of Lost Souls called Righteous Souls. There are 3 of these, coloured blue, and must be released (in Chapter 4) in order to complete the game.
At the end, Boss fight Injustice, The blue souls will be there to aid you by removing the force field around the pillars so you can detroy them.
Doing so Injustice is not bound by them anymore and can truly be killed for the ''True ending''
