R.B. Ramesh is one of the most experienced chess trainers in India. He has been the coach of the Indian team at the Olympiad since last three editions. This one is the fourth. In this interview he talks about his role as the coach of the Indian team and what exactly he does. At the same time he talks about how the presence of Vishy Anand, his role model, in the team has changed the dynamics.

At the end of the video Ramesh makes a very important point - he learns a lot from these top players and then applies them in his trainings with youngsters back in India. His work with young talents and also the National team gives him a full spectrum of what is required to convert a young talented player into a full fledged grandmaster!
