Key Concept - Condition to accommodate social diversity in democracy
(i) In democracy, party who get majority of vote win election and form government so simply democracy is rule by majority but this majority needs to work with minority to avoid any instablity in country.
(ii) It is also necessory that rule by majority does not became rule by mojority community in terms of relifion, caste, race or linguistic group.
The sri lanka is exception to this where majoritarianism is follow.
