Yes it is Nintendo Selects. You know that place where that cannon is and that place glitches up after saving and quitting. Then select your file again and it glitches and you can't get out of the room. The reason why Nintendo Selects version is BETTER is that, that cannon place where it glitches up, has been fixed on this version.
