Hopefully a helpful video on those Guardian-Style boss victory items/bytes/special attackers. Abbreviated SP in the save file, so likely SPecial item or SPecial byte?

BB Head: +10 Luck. Likely %-based as to non-empty pulls as long as you have all powerup options unlocked. I deleted mine and plan to play through in one go to get all 20 powerups to show you those from the start of each level.
Golden Cupcake: Heals you for chunks of 5 HP if you're under 100 HP. Pretty sure this is a bug since there's another existing bug with the initial 100 HP in this game.
Freddy Plane/Bearplane: Freddy targets and shoots at enemies even if you don't want them gone, and even if they are behind big chunks of blocks where you can never get their powerups. The gold trophy is a biplane, but Freddy flies a monoplane in the level.
Reaper: +10 Critical. This is %-based.
