What field of view is the best for Webcam/Facecam?

2I am trying to set up my camera for the best quality, but I can't tell which point of view is better between 70, 110, 140 and 170 degree. This is for the ODVRM 4K "Angle" settings.
I choose a bathroom sink because it demonstrates depth and shadows.
