The new “Future Market” Quest resealed in version 1.4 of Honkai: Star Rail brought heated discussions among the players. Factions like the IPC and characters like Topaz always entice opposing views and opinions. So, in light of that, I wanted to make a video where I explore the IPC and Topaz’s character, offering a glimpse of light into this massive interstellar corporation that HoYoverse created. This video is not a critique, nor a means to justify their actions, but an in-depth look at how the IPC works.
We are going to explore the IPC as a faction devoted to Qlipoth the Preservation and talk about their strange relationship with their Aeon. Also, we're going to take a look at the early history of the IPC and how it was founded, focusing on the two key members behind its creation - Louis Fleming and Dongfang Qixing. We will talk about the hierarchical structure of the corporation, presenting the board of directors, the heads of the seven departments, as well as the lower positions in the pecking order. Finally, we will also take a look at Topaz's character and explain the events that transpired on Jarilo-VI during the Trailblaze Continuance Quest ion 1.4.
