When it comes to competitive environments, like the Battle Royale genre in 2017, each game needs to stand out from the rest to get fame. Now, there are many ways to go about this. Changing the setting is a good one, like Fantasy or maybe even Ci-Fi. Even the weapon or playstyle is a good one. All of these can set a game apart from the others. But on game especially stands out. It doesn't mess with the bigger ideas (setting ect.) but it takes several smaller ideas and themes and handles them really well. This game is Hyper Scape. The sad thing is, Hyper Scape never made it to the point it easily could have. Now why is this? In this video, I hope to answer just that.
