In this video I will talk about the cs 1.6 and csgo pro player neo, what really happened to him and where is he now. One of the best esports player of all time and the best cs player of all time. A csgo virtus pro legend.
Neo, the best cs 1.6 esports player of all time. A cs legend. Where is he now?
First we are going discuss why neo was the best cs 1.6 player ever. A lot of people think , ooh aim gud, ur gud. No. It wasn't his aim that took the spotlight (but he still had the best aim)
But it was his itellegance and the feel of the game. He never had any epic, flashy kills. He was playing the game with the basics and struckture, he always oversmarted the players.
Out of 16 esport matches, he won 11. And was named the best player in their team. and later the best player in the world.
So what happened to such a amazing player? Well, with csgo he actuallly started really good.He found little success at first, winning only 2 StarLadder events.
It wasn't until EMS One Katowice 2014 that NEO won a big tournament, this time with Virtus.pro. He wasn't the best player in virtus.pro far from it.
His individual skill had dropped off significantly from his performance in 1.6. At the ELEAGUE Major 2018, Virtus.pro went out in last place, losing 3 games and winning none.
Neo got replaced. And after a while he signed with faze where he came second at BLAST Pro Series: Los Angeles. His trial with FaZe Clan eventually came to an end, and his contract was not renewed.
Neo, the cs goat, is probably chillin right now.
