No Augment Challenge... How far can I go?

Rules: Must not get any value from Augments and not use them. Example: pick Rich Get Richer then waste the bonus gold that you get by wasting rerolls.

Exceptions: Sometimes you can't avoid value from an Augment because some of them are teamwide. In these cases, I will randomly pick the augment (let timer run out) and then "waste gold" based on the value of the Augment. For example, if we had a Prismatic Augment, I would "waste gold" equivalent to Windfall (and any of the Windfall+ versions). This is to keep in spirit of the challenge without having to /ff every few games.
